Residential buildings with commercial spaces on the ground floor, accessible from the surrounding streets. Additionally, under a part of the courtyard there will be an area for a large commercial space with an area of approximately 5000 m2. The rest of the courtyard is a multi-storey garage, the roof of which is shaped as a cascade garden, accessible from the surrounding streets: both by stairs and through flat pavements designed "without barriers". The project involves modular prefabrication of facade elements.
