Nine-storey office building, based on three cores of a diamond layout, in which vertical transport, toilets, and technical infrastructure are located. This solution offers an option of the free division of the open story space into 3 - 6 - 12 letting modules, each of areas between 195 m² and 780 m². The project includes space optimization in regards to daylight utilization, and minimalization of the deep tracts through cuts in the block.
